Islanders are incredibly poor at drafting defenseman and developing them. They need to fire their AHL coach and adopt a whole new system for their AHL team. The also need to trade Dal Colle, Ladd and Bailey for young defenseman or near NHL ready defenseman and build from the D out. If Pulock was on the Rangers and came thru their system he would be a rising star on D. They are completely incompetent understanding how to develop and draft young defenseman. They also need to fire their head scouts. He sucks ass.
