James Johnson is a no go with his off court problems.

I don't know anything about Lucas.
 
JJ is attainable. He doesn't get on well with Coach Casey. He publicly spoke out this week about not having a role on the team and being frustrated. Very good defender and slasher. Some problems off-court. Raptors fans love him and hate that he doesn't get minutes.

Nogueira was brought in to be company for Caboclo. They are both spending time with the 905's (Toronto's D-League affiliate) and are considered long term prospects. I don't think Toronto is interested in breaking them up. He was called up recently to provide depth after Valanciunas' injury.

You got so much talent on the team that you don't want a young effective shooting guard?

Enough of this mentality already, a team like Portland needs to acquire tons of talent when they can and sort if out later.

You bring Clarkson even tho you got CJ and you draft Jordan even tho you got Drexler.

We do need a good 3 guard rotation. Henderson is not it. Crabbe maybe but he is SG/SF.
 
I am confused by this thread. Is Toronto looking to make moves? Why is it just about the Raptors?
 
The only players I'd like from Toronto and that we will never get are Lowry, Carrol or Derozan...maybe Cabaclo

Good info. Toronto believes in the D-League. If Blazer management did, Cliff Alexander and Luis Montero would be there.

If Nogueira would stop wasting shots on 3-pointers, his D-League FG% would be .560, not .452.

Well sure we'd do that but why would LA? He's arguable their best young player. At the least he's their third most valuable asset.

Their management is trash, i wouldn't be surprised if they are thinking about just so they don't have to offer him a max contract in the summer.
I think Mayers+Harkless would be even better, we literally don't lose a thing in that scenario.

Maybe we can get Randle and Russell too? I'd give up Alexander and Montero. Maybe Pat.

Honestly both scenarios sound just as likely, or unlikely to me.

If JJ ever got here he could revive the JailBlazers club.
 
The Raptors are 11-7.... they're not making a trade.

The Bucks, however, are severely under-performing. Jason Kidd is on the hot seat. They have a lot of young talent, like us, and I think they'd be an ideal candidate to approach.
