Didn't know it was his B'day today. Maybe should've held off trashing him. I'm sure this will ruin his big day.

He shot better than 50% on 9 shots. maybe that's why you shouldn't trash him?

yet, for the two games, he's shooting 40% on FG's and 14% on three's; only 1.5 reb/game too. Does have a tough defensive assignment but that's the life of a 6'3 SF

I just find it weird to complain about the guy after he had a GOOD game.

Unlike Paul George.....Norm has a championship ring and has only played half a season with this playoff roster.

He talked in an interview last night about trying to create more opportunities. That might be out of frustration because I don't know how many times he is missed when he is wide open. Our ball movement is just not that great.

Ball movement in my view comes when teams play with a lead and can use clock....when you're down 10 all game you're trying to close the gap in as little time as possible..you're looking to put up quick points

Norm is a smallish SG but still is great at that position, especially defensively. We've thrust him into the SF position where he is most definitely undersized, against a big wing and he's holding his own. We don't give the guy enough shots to consider the sample size large enough to judge after two games. So, I would love it if Norm was playing CJ's position, with CJ's shot attempts and CJ's defensive assignment but that's not the direction the team has decided to go in... yet.

So maybe itd be a good idea to play a more aggressive defensive scheme when down 10 to force some turnovers and get some quick runnouts but we dont do that.

Why do people act like he's so undersized? He's not an undersized SG. He has an 8'7 standing reach. Is Aaron Gordon an undersized 4 with his 8'9 standing reach?

He has a 8'-6.5" standing reach while the guy he's primarily guarding (or who is guarding him) is 9'-0.5". That's a BIG difference.

Nobody would argue that you need to get stops when you're down but in that game we were the team turning the ball over and that was the difference in our whole game...they made us lose momentum over and over.....Denver played a great game and we didn't but that's not how we got here. One game at a time.

Yeah, when CJ joined Lillard in Dame's second year it just absolutely stunted Dame's game.

Not talking about 7 years ago. Talking about right now.

Norm is a better fit for this team (i.e. the whole team, not just dame) than CJ. And im not moving from that stance because it's so blantaly obvious.
