I think there were some issues in team discipline in 4th. I mean per exampl - 3:00 left - Green misses 3pointer, Turner gets rebound, Lill wants the ball. Now - Turner doesn't even look at Dame. Instead, he fuckin runs all the way and loses the ball. This stuff happened at least twice - Lillard wants the ball, but Turner ignores it. Who is the leader in this team!? I hate shit like this. We had them close until we started to panic and run into them like we were NCAA.
Even Aminu was more patient then Turner this time.
It was game of confidence. When we were confident Curry was scared.

I agree and disagree. I think it was a crap shoot to try and give it to Lillard anyways; GS cracked down hard on their Defense and smothered Lillard. And he also tried driving into the paint several times and turned it over.

But I do agree with you that there needs to be better discipline and leadership on this team. And it starts at the top.

Just because they locked Lillard it doesn't mean Turner takes over the team and runs like Forrest Gump losing the ball with 20sec on the clock. I think this panic could cost us this game. Don't panic - Dame and CJ are tougher mentally then Curry and Klay. Durant is weak mind as well. They got Green obviously and I can't wait Nurk takin him down. But we need to stay solid as a rock. Turner fucked this up.

And one more thing. About how professional this team is. Imagine some real basketball hungry player (I can't imagine no one more hungry then Westbrook) thinking about 500grand bonus, stop shooting threes for few games and then, all of sudden, hitting 1 for 6 in first playoffs game. Good lord! WTF?

That was the problem of ours all season long. Stotts thinking about nice jackets and Mayers about his dog. Lillard was same (rap game, shoes) case at some point. I love Lillard. I'm just saying WTF you guys thinking about?

I was really proud of how the Blazers played them so close for 3 quarters without Nurkic. It was really CJ and Dame doing it by themselves. People crap on them about their defense, but how often do the opposing guards outscore them? It's the supporting cast, not them that's the problem. I just hope we get a chance to see what we're capable of with Nurkic. If we had had Nurk, this game would have been very close in the least.

Our bench sucked. But a couple of things about that: Our starting center, and our two best backup centers are injured/out; Blazers are the youngest team in the league. Result: We're over matched so any win is going to be an upset.

It's only one game. A game we were expected to lose. Now that the first game gitters are out of the way, our bench play will improve. Also: Nurk will be back for game three. Book it. Wish I had tickets.

I have lost all respect for Whoriers fans. They are approaching Laker fan levels. Remember their run in 2007? I had nothing but support for their long-suffering wrong side of the tracks fans. Now?
