This simple answer is that when you are constantly helping because you have 0 elite perimeter defenders on the floor, then people start helping, which forces everyone else to rotate, and nobody had inside position.

I'm with you. I don't believe he'd been on the floor yet this half. Trent is a great man defender. Still, they can attack the other 4 off the dribble when he does get it and the rotation issues are still the same. Love Trents defense, you are right.
