I think this is very much the case. Never saw Paul like this before joining Westbitch.
He's too expensive and Mo is good fit for Dame. What if OKC decided to go in "a different direction" after three first round losses; would we be interested in George, could he mature better here, what would it take, is it even possible?
If the Thunder were insane enough to deal George for expirings plus prospects and/or picks, you do it in a heartbeat. He's too expensive and Mo is good fit for Dame.
Meh. Keep the picks. Olshey is good at drafting. If the Thunder were insane enough to deal George for expirings an picks, you do it in a heartbeat.
He gonna draft a player in the 20's that's as good as Paul George? Not likely. Hell, when he had the chance to draft Paul George, he didn't draft a player as good as Paul George.Meh. Keep the picks. Olshey is good at drafting.
He drafted Aminu. Scoreboard! He gonna draft a player in the 20's that's as good as Paul George? Not likely. Hell, when he had the chance to draft Paul George, he didn't draft a player as good as Paul George.
Can’t wait to read this thread. What a W!
Ebola has more fans in OKC than Westbrick does right now.Looks like Dame has more fans in OKC than Westbrook does
He's a great player, but is he 'winner'. Does he have the mental approach that would allow him to assimilate into the Blazers culture? Would he defer to Dame as the true leader of the team? I'm not sure any of those are a yes. What if OKC decided to go in "a different direction" after three first round losses; would we be interested in George, could he mature better here, what would it take, is it even possible?
Yes, he'd be great in Portland. He has openly deferred to Russ, referring to him as "our leader." He only gave the stupid "Next Question" comment because Russ used it like 3 times right before that. He's a great player, but is he 'winner'. Does he have the mental approach that would allow him to assimilate into the Blazers culture? Would he defer to Dame as the true leader of the team? I'm not sure any of those are a yes.
I think he is a follower, so yes he would defer to Lillard. Appears as if he works very hard on his body and his game. He appears to play without fear. I think he would fit in OK.He's a great player, but is he 'winner'. Does he have the mental approach that would allow him to assimilate into the Blazers culture? Those last few minutes were scary!
OKC were in the bonus, then the refs called two bullshit fouls on Lillard to put us at the bonus and Lillard at a position of 1 foul away from fouling out. Then the officials basically decided that every foul on the them will be called but nothing will be called against them. Lillard drives to the basket and gets hammered=nothing, PG or Russ do the same = direct foul call.
I strongly believe the fix was in play for this game as well, but this time it was only apparent in those last minutes.
Props for CJ, i'm proud to be one of the only fools here who believed in him thus far.
