Super proud of this effort. The future is bright when you have this much character and heart. I hope Melo is re signed. He's made of the right stuff. And i see him keeping this fine tuned body. Get Hoody back, and Trevor. Maybe add a nice free agent shooter off bench. Bingo! Go Blazers!!
 
Well. Pretty much anyone who has ever really paid attention and watched a lot of professional basketball knew this series was over after the absolute decimating loss in game two in which Lillard dislocated his finger and the Lakers cruised to victory leading by as much as 38 points at one point. The Game 4 loss that the Blazers decided to hand over a 15 point lead to start the game might have been the clue for the rest that couldn't figure it out.

Nice to see them put out some effort tonight. I actually enjoyed the game.

Tough season Blazers.
Regroup and put together a solid team for next year.

I didn't even want to go to this fucking charade. Now Dame is injured. We don't get a lottery pick. What a colossal waste of time, which is what I said a few months ago.

I've watched a lot of professional basketball. Probably more than you. And if you pay attention, teams come back from decimating losses all the time. Didn't happen to us but no real fan quits after Game 2.

Difference between 16 vs 14 or 13 is really negligible.

If you didn't enjoy the seeding games and play-in, you must not love basketball. That was high level entertainment, Dame doing stuff that's rarely been done, Melo hitting clutch shots, CJ putting Grizzlies to bed. And if you thought it was a waste of time a few months ago, why have you bothered watching (if you have) and posting in this forum (which you have)? Don't you have better things to do with that time? Or is your whole life a waste of time? Seriously.
 
Well, maybe we will wake up tomorrow to see that Terry has been fired. Doubtful though

Yeah, if Nurk, Zach and Hoodie are healthy then we would have been the third seed. That wasn't the case and we did what we could.
 
Nice effort in a game there was little chance of winning.... that says something. Great game from CJ... which he seems to only be able to have that type of game when Dame isn't playing.

He needs his own team and we need a longer, bigger impact player. Get it done so we aren't ent subject to more of the same for the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th year in a row.... watching Dame's office go by.

Make the moves necessary to actually have this team be a contender. Even healthy, they are not there.

Hope it finally improves.
 
Maybe nurk hit a wall. He was out for so long, then dealing with his grandma. He looked so good at first though.
