If the Blazers were to advance, whom would you rather play in the next round?

I remember in playoffs where a team gets smoke like we did and come back and do the same back to them. But I see is a tired team in the Blazers and especially on defense. But we will see what there made come Thursday night.
 
But if I was Stotts I would maybe start Zach to play Millsap. You have to make adjustments and that one I would do. When he did match up with Millsap he did really good job. I dont think Millsap score on Zach. I Zach stuff him in the middle of the key one time. Plus looking at the stats for defense right now Zach is our best defender. Zach DBPM is 4.2 in the playoffs. Nurk last year was I believe 3.6 that how good Zach is on the defensive end this year in the playoffs.
 
Remember when players would guarantee wins? What happened to those days?
 
Maybe I'm a prisoner of the moment a bit here, but it really feels like the Blazers don't have anything left, which is disappointing but man they've put up a heck of a fight. I didn't get to see the 1st half last night but from all accounts, they came out flat, couldn't shoot, couldn't rebound, looked a step slow from the beginning. I saw the 2nd half and I saw a team that just looked like didn't have much fight left. It sounds like I'm being a downer, but I'm kind of ok with it. I hope they come out and look like a desperate team in game 6, but I'm not sure that's going to happen. I think the 2nd half of game 4 took the fight out of them, especially that they would play good defense for 20 seconds and Denver would still score or get a rebound and then score.

Glad I got to watch this Blazer team, they competed hard up until last night.
 
This is the game the refs/league give us to help quash any “officiating concerns” by fans before really raw dogging us in front of a massive Saturday afternoon audience in a Game 7. I guess it’s too bad this whole thing is just a massive business to make money.
 
 
Well if we want some good news in the last series. Denver Blew out San Antionio in game 5 at home. Then they got blown out in game 6. Of course game 7 didn't go San Antonio's way, but if it's a close game like that I'd rather have Dame / CJ to orchestrate a close game than LMA and Derozan...

Winning a game in the Moda is always a possibility. If you don't think so then you are not paying attention. What are you gonna think when this series is 3-3?

I have a really good feeling, something shifted with Meyers against Jokic. We may be able to get in their heads and throw them off their game. Cut the head off the snake.

So the NBA will have 2 WC Game 7s on Mothers Day!? Lol you can’t make this shit up...unless you’re the NBA I guess. I’m sorry but there’s just too much money involved with these games and gambling for it not to be slightly rigged imo.

Sixers/Raptors too. Three game 7s scheduled for Sunday. If Bucks/Celtics go 7, they play on Monday. I'm hoping for a VERY exciting basketball day on Sunday.
 
I have not given up hope but it's thin. No idea what happened but after a close first quarter their just seemed to give up.

I will turn on game. I will be hoping with everything I have for a win. But I'll be frank. If I see a repeat of last night I'm going to watch something cheerful like Silence of the Lambs.

That game 4 loss really hurt. Game 5 they looked demoralized. If we end up losing and the rockets end up beating the warriors this is going to hurt for a while. At least we didn't get swept in first round like last year and we have Nurkic out and Kanter injured, but I feel this was a winnable series. Some of our guys especially Evan Turner did not come to play. I feel like we are getting out coached also.
 
come on guys send the fucker to the 7th game! fuck the refs, and dont let the game hinge on fouls. let zach, myers and hood have some real minutes. throw jockitch a curve ball stick myers on him like a fucking lead xray blanket

Haha. We trailed by 15 vs OKC in close out game. No matter how it starts, leave the game on. Anything can happen in the NBA.

In this case, it's because Dame is not about insecure bluster or fake bravado, or providing bulletin board material for the other team.
