If the Blazers were to advance, whom would you rather play in the next round?

Jokic just made me not hate him after saying that.
He's actually a really good guy. You should also appreciate the beauty of his footwork and his court vision. It's a testament to how good he is that they traded Nurk. They knew exactly what they had with him, but they also knew Jokic was special.

Don't get me wrong. I hate the Nugs because of their laundry, but I actually like most of their players individually.

I've gained a lot of respect for them as a whole through this series. Jokic can be annoying at times with flopping around and all that but he's a very unique talent. Murray's a good offensive player, Craig and Harris play their butts off on defense. Sure they did a tiny bit of showboating and stuff in game 5 but every team including the Blazers do that once in a while. I love how hard they play, they're well coached. Blazers and Nuggets might be heading into a good rivalry for a few years.

This has been a great series don't see any reason to disrespect them.

Don't normally bet but Scott Foster made the first game easy. Then just playing with house money ever since. Cheer with your heart, bet with your brain.

Now, should I pocket 3 games worth? Have a pretty good idea what I'm going to do but will wait till right before game time.
Yes; pocket it; Denver has the huge mile high home advantage; Portland has momentum and hopefully has realized Hood and Collins need to be used more. No edge. And you can't predict what Stotts will do.

Is this dude for real

I was wondering if it was Hastings that made the comment. That guy is a first-class jackhole. Scott Marlowe--their PXP guy is just as bad. Homers and whiners to the extreme.

Aminu 17 min
Harkless 16 min
Zach 29 min
Hood 32 min

I give Stotts props for that. Not sure about Turner 19 minutes tho

ET had that one really bad turnover, but other than that the team played well when he was on the floor. He was finding the open man.
No problems with Turner last night. He led the team in assists and was the team's 2nd leading rebounder.

I know. He does their TV broadcasts. I always avoid them on league pass. It takes a special kind of asshole to say something like that. I really hope our team sees this and gets even more angry

OKC is a team that deserves disdain. DEN is a club you can dislike, but they're deserving of respect.

I didn't take that seriously, and neither should anyone else, IMO. It's just rival banter.

Now, if he said something like "Fuck, I hope Nurk's other leg breaks, his father dies in a pile of pig shit, and his mother sucks cocks in HELL!" Then yeah, that's going too far.

They probably have a lot of serbian fans, in the Balkan war in the 90s, serbian army killed over 9000 innocent bosnian civilians in Srebrenica. It was a massacre/genocide. There is still a huge nationalism in those countrys. Serbians, Bosnians, Croatians and Albanians they dont like each other especially Serbians
Serbians also strong allies with Russia; I am so glad Nurk is Bosnian, not Serb.

Zach back back to back 14 points. Now your seeing your power forward next year line up beside Nurk. He has show he can guard power forwards and has done job on Jokic too.

I love having him out there. He's our Tasmanian devil. I just wish he would wait a few minutes before he fires up his first 3 of the night...he almost always misses those. No doubt he has a lot of confidence in his shot, which I like, but still .....maybe run up and down the court a few times first?

Turner outrebounded Milsap. Maybe trust the two time coach of the month?

Turner had some big rebounds and held his own out there. A very very good pass to zach and it was needed. One bad turnover, but that can be said for anyone. CJ and his play (the two of them were toying with Denver's D on that exchange) that resulted in the last 3, near the end, was the highlight of the game for me.

Yea I agree I kind mentioned that in regular season too. He pretty good around the rim percentage wise. Where he low is mid range game in his shooting. But that why you have a off season to work on your weaknesses and maybe add to something to your game. Zach is improving every game he got 14 points back to back. His defense Dbmp is 5.0 in playoffs his advance stats offensive 112.0 and defense 107.8 his PER is 15.4 and his Pie 10.8. These are starter number to me and more likely he will be starting at power forward next year.

Yeah if his 3 point shooting improves he can start for Terry. It also gives the Blazers a little more flexibility to go small at SF if we have two bigs in the starting lineup. (not Curry size small, but say Hood size small )

Caption for this pic: "After scoring no points yet again, Evan Turner signals the Denver bench that he's going for 1 point in Game 7."

I look up Gorbert Dbmp stat is regular season was 5.1 and his playoffs was 7.2 so Zach for that stat is pretty good for these playoffs. Yes he has to get better at the 3 next year but Aminu was only slightly better then him in regular season. Zach really not that far away for us improving the power forward position for next year.

Fine coming. Who was this directed at?
Denver bench, I think. Pretty sure that's what the Nuggets announcers were referring to right before Hastings advocated kicking Nurk in the shins.
