Paul Krugman published a graph showing impact of Citizens United. Before Citizens United, billionaire campaign contributions were negligible. Since, they increased 1700 times.
What do they want?
Get richer. The fortunes that put Bill Gates and Warren Buffett at the top of the list 20 years ago are small potatoes compared to today's top billionaires.
To control information. Musk bought Twitter for $44 billion. Twenty years ago no one had that much wealth. Ellison bought Paramount and Censored Bull Shit and wants to add CNN.

Citizens United is really the first big step. Democrats have to build a coalition big enough to take back Congress and end Citizens United.

If Congress does that can the supreme Court overrule it?
