America is just more wealthy and powerful than every country to have ever existed. That means there's a lot more opportunity for corruption and cruelty.

America has also done more good than pretty much any other country and throughout American dominance there has been less violence and suffering in the world than at pretty much any time in history.

I am not a " love it or leave it" person. People have the right to criticize the country. My beef with Road Ratt is he has never, so far as I know, proposed a solution or taken any action to improve things. Kvetching on a sports board doesn't count.

This part is completely delusional.

America has brought cruelty and suffering to more people on this planet than any country, in history. It is bringing this very same cruelty to it's own people, and has been for more than 4 decades now. That is why our sidewalks are filled with Americans. Americans, we cared so much about, we let corporate America set their rent, and now they could no longer afford it.

50,000-60,000+ Americans die every single year because our government doesn't care to get it's citizens universal health care. That's a number so high, that we should all give a shit about it. Yet most americans have no clue how horrible our government truly is. The more I look into it, the more shit I find that I never even knew about.

America has been killing people and bringing sanctions and death to big swathes of this planet. No other country in history has had this planet in it's grip like America has. If you aren't a white nation on this planet, with the exception of Russia, you are probably our bitch we slap around because we own this rock, and can do so with impunity.

I could post so many examples of why America is the cruelest entity to ever exist. But their isn't enough space on this forum to ever post it all.

I am sorry, but America has never been some magical land that cared. It has been a country run by the "haves". While the have nots, get told what to do, and where to live. The haves have been funding our wars since before we were both born. And so, Americans fight for our oligarchy. Same as most any other empire this planet has every known. Not really different. In fact my post shows, America is no different than it's predecessors, as we are simply repeating history, with a 2nd gilded age for our oligarchy.

Sure people have the right and I respect that 100% but his agenda is to do nothing but down this country, at least he could offset some of his negativity once in a while about something good, its there he just has to look for it.

And with all of that said, the world is still better than it was before. Natural deaths per capita have been lower since World war II than at any time before that in pretty much all of human history.

America has done terrible things and amazing things. And we need to do better.

Investigated when I opposed the Iraq War on the ESPN board, I've been more quiet on this board. As someone who has never disagreed with the U.S. State Dept., you seem to know when to refrain from naming an alternative system.

People should try and approach each day with an attitude of optimism and opportunities to be involved in their neighborhood, regardless of personal situations. Try and appreciate what we have and never forget their is always room to improve things or bring about change.

Investigation by Washington Post indicates both Elon Musk and his brother were illegal immigrants.

Musk came to the US on a student visa. He left college to start a company. A person on a student visa must be in school. If they leave school they must apply for a different visa. He apparently did not. He later asked his brother to come here and work in his company although neither he nor his brother had legal status to work here.

When becoming naturalized citizens, they would have been asked if they ever violated immigration law. A yes means they do not receive naturalization. Lying under oath on citizenship application is grounds for revoking citizenship.

Don't hold your breath.

They are the right kind of illegal immigrants, white and rich.
 
Sheriff Lieutenant in Clark County, Ohio, announced on his social media that if any person asks him for help he will first ask who they voted for (in correct grammar, for whom they voted) and will not assist Harris voters.
He got a reprimand but is keeping his job.
