IRS, probably illegally since changes to tax codensre supposed to go through Congress, issued rule change that will net highest incomes and big corporations $200 billion. They also eliminated free e-file, the only way to file federal income tax without charge.

Oklahoma man charged with yen violent felonies including rape, rape with an object, assault among others got community service. No jail time. If he completed community service, his record will be expunged.
