But a group of Christians said they were are being persecuted because preschools are forced to admit three and four year old children who have committed the sin of having parents who are same sex couples. Jesus wants those children out. After all, he did say suffer the little children to come unto me unless their parents are queer, right?
Court majority apparently agrees including those children is discrimination against Christians.

We should outlaw religious schools. You should be free to practice whatever religion within the rules of the school. But there should not be schools based on religion.

Outlawing religious schools would come up against First Amendment. But pay for it yourself. No public support to religious schools. Used to be the norm until right wing justices decided Christians are being persecuted unless they have absolute privilege to impose their beliefs on the rest of us.
