Outlawing religious schools would come up against First Amendment. But pay for it yourself. No public support to religious schools. Used to be the norm until right wing justices decided Christians are being persecuted unless they have absolute privilege to impose their beliefs on the rest of us.

You're right, I said that wrong. They should be allowed to learn about religion. They should be allowed to have "schools" that teach a specific religion.

Those schools should not count toward mandatory education. You should still need to attend public school just like everybody else. It should be like Christian club. or Muslim club. Or Flying Spaghetti Monster club.

Of course, you're allowed to learn whatever you want on your own time.
