So, how should we do it? Do we start Marcus Williams and give Devin Harris backup minutes? Or let Armstrong have the backup minutes, and give Harris a chance to work into the rotation. You know, perhaps give him more garbage minutes.

Personally I'd start Marcus, and give Harris a chance with the backup mins. If he struggles a bit, we can just give the veteran a go.

Eventually, I'm sure Harris will be a big part of our rotation.

Start DA for the first few games with Harris off the bench. Then, give Harris the starts and the majority of the minutes after he gets somewhat accustomed to the offense. And keep Marcus as far away from the court as possible.

IMO Frank will start Marcus and DA and Harris (couple games) from the bench. He'll do so to bring some energy from the bench, because with the energy Marcus has he won't inflate a balloon.

balloons are trickier than they look.

I'd imagine Marcus or Darrell will start, and they'll probably get similar minutes to start, unless DA gets traded. I don't think Harris will get much time yet, considering he's coming off of an injury and has to learn a new system.

Harris is the starting PG as soon as he is healthy enough to play.

I think Frank will start Marcus Williams until then. Armstrong won't start unless there is an emergency.

Start Marcus for about until Harris is 100% allowing us to see the kind of player Marcus really is...if he shines then we are suddenly in a position where we have two EXTREMELY valuable PGs...if not then we have Devin. It seems like this could be the time to see what Marcus Williams really is about.
