The reason why they won't is accepting fault. The moment that happens, then the family can sue for punitive damages.

See that baby's face? If there is fault, the sheriff department is on the hook for millions. The child is scared for life.

In June, Habersham County's sheriff said a confidential informant told them he had bought drugs at the home. But they didn't think any children lived there.

The media dislikes the police disfiguring a baby, but doesn't raise the issue of carelessly disfiguring an adult, whether innocent or guilty.

The issue has nothing to do with this incidence of the issue being a baby.

I read the article but there was no mention if they found drugs or made any arrests.

Scared AND scarred.

They lied to get the warrant, then failed to do any reconnaissance at all to determine who might or might not be in the home before performing a military assault on a Real American family.

Only a lucky bounce of the grenade kept them from being baby murderers.

All involved should be banned from law enforcement for life, as they are too stupid to ever be entrusted with the public's safety.

With an impressive list of civil rights violations, endangering a child's welfare, abuse of power, lying to a judge, illegal confinement, kidnapping, at least $10 million if they settle out of court, which they will as they have no chance of winning in court.

lets not jump to conclusions, maybe one of the cops has an injured eye socket
