I wanted people to make bold predictions, not comfy ones. Snow that stuck or a big trade both seemed unlikely for Portland. We'll see if the snow comes through... So far the forecast hasn't been as extreme as some were predicting... We'll see if 2" of snow is on the ground by 12pm tomorrow.

It's not. It is an unincorporated area near Portland. We have a Portland address, but the area is unincorporated, it is the neighborhood name. Think of it as Beaverton, North of 26. FWIW - Snow stopped and is not replaced by rain.
