I vote for Sheed. But between the top 2, Roy hands down.

Definitely the Roy dunk. Gasol was distracted and not completely ready. Roy was being directly challenge by a much bigger defender, and dunked more emphatically. Plus it was a big time dunk at a key point in the game.
