For sure. Not a chance. The potential of Chinese team sponsorship opportunities is very very valuable. The Chinese viewership numbers are insane.

Was pretty promising performance from him in summer league though - had some cautiously optimistic views then.

But he's been horrible all season. Yeah has me really considering if we should hold off guaranteeing his 3rd year in the off season. He might end up just like Murray where he's a waste of a roster spot but we can't cut him because he has multiple guaranteed years.

I expected Yang would have major defensive issues. But the problem is he isn't even average offensively, he's just a flat out bad player. By far the worst player on the Blazers roster.

Dislike moving on from a 21 year old in general. But I suppose Sidy is basically the same age, and made himself a contributor. Oh well. Rupert seems like one of those guys you want to be his 2nd or 3rd team, not his 1st.

He barely played on a tanking team and the only reason he's played as much as he had has been due to injuries.

Ffs, he's on his 3rd year and he's getting waived over a guy who was a 2 way.

He didn't show any real growth.
