That takes the roster to 18, so I think they’re set. Guessing these two will be fighting for a two way contract with Moses.

Listen, I’ve researched Caupain for 10 minutes and not baaad. Well built point guard, 6’4 210 pounds that plays both ends of the court, can shoot pretty decent, and is a plus rebounder for his position.

G league last season:

16.4 ppg
5.4 apg
5.8 rpg
48% FG
38% 3PT

I do think it’s interesting that they brought in two point guards. I don’t exactly know how exhibit tens work for teams without a g league affiliate though. Would Portland retain their rights if they weren’t signed to a two way deal and went to the g league?

You either have the rights to a player or not whether they are overseas or in the g league but I believe they are free agents even if they play for a g league affiliate team. I think any G league player is free to quit the G league team and go play in China if they want to....it's a revolving door...we have the rights to a Euro PF who doesn't want to come to the NBA now because he's starting and getting paid way more over there with no promise of minutes with Portland.

PG: Lillard, Simons
SG: McCollum, Bazemore, Trent
SF: Hood, Hezonja, Little, Hoard
PF: Collins, Skal, Tolliver
C: Whiteside, Gasol, Nurkic

Looking at the roster, and I’d probably give Caupain and London an edge over Moses. Caupain looks pretty legit tbh, is evidently good operating the pick and roll. Seems to also have a personality that Dame would mesh with, and looks closer to being ready. Moses is the more intriguing project though.

Caupains measurements taken at the g league showcase

6’4.25”
224 lbs
6’8” wingspan
8’5” standing reach

Only averaged 2 turnovers a game, which for a point guard is really good, especially in the g league.

10 minutes is some quality research on that guy, and I'm not being sarcastic

Bringing in some guards to expend energy D'ing up Dame, CJ, and more importantly Simon's? I like the adds, let's get everybody ready for the season!
