30 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists on only 16 shot attempts including that awesome circus shot. Reminds me of Wade in his prime. We'll win this series and very possibly the next. Just enjoy it. And remember what Bill Schonley said "Nobody said it was going to be easy."

Go Blazers!!! Get em in Game 4!

Lillard is legit.

Lets not say, though, that we "are going to win this series". Lets win game 4 first, then worry about game 5.

Houston thought they'd walk all over us, and now they are aware. Lets not do the same thing to ourselves.

I'm not sure if we can play much better than this. Nic was huge. Good Mo showed up. Dame was on fire. LA had a game that's pretty common for him. 23 and 10. That's very LMA-ish. I don't think we can expect him to drop 40 in every game, and that was the huge difference. LA wasn't making them work.

I thought Houston was supposed to be a shitty defensive team, but they're certainly not shitty. We have to work for everything.

Hey I'm back. Just so you know, IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT WE THINK OR TYPE. We can say WE'LL WIN THE SERIES if we want! It will have no bearing on the series. There's no such thing as a jinx. The players and coaches will determine who wins. We can say and think whatever we want. So....

WE WILL WIN THE SERIES IN FIVE GAMES.

I do like it in 5 games. I say 6, but that may be more because I want to see us win it at home. :P

We really need to win the next game. We will learn an awful lot about them now. The league would still prefer the Rockets to advance I'm sure.

I don't think so. NBA and ESPN are really hyping us. Why else did Lillard get all the All Star invites? I think the NBA is welcoming us back to contention. We just have to jump in and claim our spot. Win a couple rounds and LMA and Lillard might START on All Star team next year. I think we are in a very good spot to meet Clippers in WCF.

They were hand checking and just wrapping our players up all night, they were physical on D so the refs let them play like that and it paid dividends. They also set about a billion moving screens that werent called.

I don't even know if we NEED us to get to the WCF for them to get recognized nationally... (I want us to get there, obviously...) Because they are just having good games all series. I want to win this series so bad, and I think we do.

That's true. Houston plays physical and they're allowed to get away with a lot more because of it.

Houston doesn't look confident yet. They look very relieved.

Terry and crew will make the proper adjustments and we'll take game four.

how has dames D been? ive watched every second of every game but i havent really been paying attention....feels like its been better in the playoffs since nobody s talking about it?

Sat in on Dame's presser..... Guy is so well spoken. Very impressed with him, even in defeat.

Too legit to quit. Love this kid. Stepped up and D'd up harden a lot. I wish the final shot was him instead of batum, we might still be playing in 15th over time.

Lillard had 79 points, 23 boards, 22 assists in 3 games. Oscar Robertson is only other guy with those stats in first 3 playoff games.

Wow!

He tries really hard. I think he's getting better. He just needs more experience.

In the middle of the season, I was having a debate with a friend about whether Lillard was a top-tier superstar on the Chris Paul type of level. I said Lillard was a tier below them midseason, but he has easily been the best point guard in the playoffs. I can definitely see him being arguably the best guard - not just point guard - in the league at some point of his career.

Nice to see you around here Mr J. Gotta like Phil Jackson running the Knicks now.

He'll need to get a lot better on defense to be able to make that claim, but he has the quickness to be a good defender. He needs to be taught how to defend, and that begins by bending your knees and getting into a defensive stance.

Thanks man! Glad to be able to discuss hoops with quality posters again.

If Dolan doesn't interfere with Phil's plans then we have something to look forward to. History shows that's gonna be a big "if".
