We have the 7th best record in the NBA

We are only 2.5 games behind 2 time champion Heat

We're mostly healthy

We're 2-2 against Thunder, 1-1 against Indy and LAC, and 2-1 against SA

There are 19 games remaining. Plenty of time to turn things around

We have two All Stars

Lillard, CJ, and Lopez among others are only going to get BETTER in the coming years

The team is likable and doesn't give up in games when they're down big

Those are a few I came up with. Others?

Soon it'll all be over, and we can look forward to training camp.

There's not very many games left to choke away.

Thomas Robinson might be a decent nba player in the future.

They do give UP big leads though. So frustrating.

Though, I do commend you for thinking of the positives. Repped!

Huge improvement over last season. That's a wonderful positive and they still have 19 games to finish the season!

This is completely OT, and you may have mentioned it before, but where does the name KingSpeed come from?

Doesnt look like him.......

Wha??? Huh??? What rock have you been living under? He looks exactly like Sam Jackson because that's who it is and it absolutely looks nothing like Morgan Freeman...

You missed that reporter who "called him" that, huh? (At least, now, I hope he called him Morgan Freeman... but I know he DIDN'T call him Samuel L. Jackson)

No, he was mistaken for Laurence Fishburne.

To whites asking for autographs he looks just like Bill Cosby.

Back to the positives:

The recent losses have been close games. While losses suck no matter, hopefully it means we are closer to being a contender.

A true positive: We're not Philadelphia.

Despite the blow-it-up crowd speaking from a position of hope in striking gold and a possible trip to the finals someday, I'd rather be here -- with the possibility of playing at least 86 games this year, and the possibility of winning four of those extra games, even if it is frustrating now -- than be in the "let's hope we're better next year because right now we're starting Ha Seung-Jin" tar pits again.

Lopez >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Asik

I agree! At the beginning of the year, I really wanted Asik but Lopez has certainly improved and he's only 25. He'll be even better next year. Though, it would be nice to have Asik coming off the bench :)

Another positive: not as worried about playing Houston in the playoffs if that ends up happening. After that last blow out loss, I thought we just didn't match well against them but this close game has made me more optimistic about playing them in the future, though not expecting to win a playoff series against them this year.

Nice post! Rep'd!

In college, for whatever reason, I told an acquaintance to call me Speed. Many years later, I started posting on O-Live under the name Speed. Then I got clever and started posting as Speed's dog, Speed's piano teacher, Speed's mom, etc. Finally, I posted as KingSpeed which is now the name of my corporation. Once, when I got kicked off O-Live, I came back as KingSpeedForever which is now my email address @aol.com.

I'll admit that I thought MCW was going to become a star this year. His coach even said so. But he has been a big disappointment after those first few games. They do have Noel though and maybe they'll get a good pick but it will take them awhile to get average.
