Do you have the link? I went and listened to his initial interview and didn't hear where it was said.
So at 7 minutes he talks about the option but this wasn't the interview I got that from, I'm looking for it but it's possible I misremembered it. I'll get back to you.

Stotts really, really wanted us to lose this game - much to Olshey's chagrin.

Concerned about Jones ballhandling? He's our 5th string PG.

Stotts' concern with winning/losing meaningless preseason games would rank lower than most everyone here.

Yeah man, I'm not sure. He just mentions it at the 7 minute mark of that first interview and I can't find it anywhere else so lets just chalk it up to my bad memory.

Giles finished with 19/13/3/2/1...and a '3'.
I'm almost scared to think about what he can do if he is healthy.

Sign a point guard for the love of goooood

but nah this game was whatever. At least Giles looked good.

I know its preseason but that was embarrassing

if even one of CJ/Dame/Ant go down, we are screwed, aren't we?

Y'all like Isaiah? He prolly comes with that Melo obligation to play him.

The biggest take away is we really need a backup PG. I don’t like the turn a 2 guard into a point. It doesn’t seem right.

Frank Mason would be perfect. Two way eligible. Won’t put team into tax.

That was a five on five scrimmage to look at bench rotations and get a look at the end of the bench...of course nobody cared about winning this game...what they cared more about was not risking injuries to guys they don't need to look at...at this point they need to address what they aren't doing well via film....first film they have are these two training camp games so it is what it is

Really the only stand out was Giles with double double. Trent had 17 coming off the bench. This up coming in Denver might show us more the rotation. We didn't rebound well as a team tonight. Covington only 3 and Jones 6.

I understand that he is probably only playing cuz Ant is hurt, Hood on restriction, but I wonder if they are grooming him to be a big PG, one who rebounds and is interested in playing defense. He's 21 years old, only two years of college, no summer league, three days of practice. Like I said when we drafted him; I think he'll be OK. Probably won't play this year but.....
Elleby a big PG?
