To be also fair, ours is pretty godawful.

To be fair, Utah was going with their backups, Portland was going with the end of the bench.

With Simons, it's not even about him hitting shots yet.. its the fact that he makes moves and has a pace of an all-star level scorer, even though he's barely 19 and needs to add 15pbs of muscle.

This shouldn't spoil the fact that the team looked great about 1-8, and that's without Harkless and Turner (who was our biggest positive the last game).

For all the hype Biggie Swanigan has had he sure doesn't seem to deserve it.

Baldwin still is unimpressive.

And i'm not sure how i feel about the new shot clock rule. Resetting at 14 seconds on a offensive rebound?

I was especially happy to see Stotts START the game with the three-combo-guard lineup, and it was like rocket fuel. If Curry can stay healthy...

It doesn't. Blazers are going to be solid in the regular season with their rotation players. With Harkless it will be even better. I'm excited

Yup. If he can reasonably defend, he can carve out a longish career as a bench shooter.

I was certain before but now even more so... Curry needs to play every single backup guard minute, and to do that CJ will have to play with the 2nd unit like he has in years past.
