I will say that I saw the "Portland, Oregon" sign and said to myself, "You mean 'White Stag'"?

Also, what I remember about Bud Adams was him serving me beer as a high school student at Goose Hollow and that he posed for the "Expose Yourself to Art" poster.

Of course my favorite is: "You actually grew up in Lake Oswego and just tell everybody you're from Portland."

It was White Satin Sugar before it was White Stag and it's Bud Clark.

And it's obvious you grew up in Lake Oswego and just tell everybody you're from Portland, lol.

"People are constantly using neighborhood terms you don't understand, to which you always reply, "Oh, you mean Southeast?""

Fuck! Of course I knew it was Bud Clark. The slide brought up Sam Adams and I transposed it.

It was White Satin Sugar? Cool!

It was White Satin Sugar in the 30's or 40's. We knew as White Stag. Just giving you a bad time.

And it's pretty obvious why you instantly thought of Sam Adams when you were posting about Expose yourself....

Some of them were funny, but there was a fair amount of stereotypical "Portland" stuff.

That's to be expected of course.

I did like the crack about Lake Oswego

No Blazers reference? No Grade-Incomplete

I thought the same thing. I think something like "You consider Jack Ramsay's pants the height of men's fashion." would have been apropos or "You remember seeing the Blazers at Memorial Coliseum."

Whoa, whoa, whoa, I resemble that comment.
