The bill was in response to all the laws being passed regulating women's bodies. Cruz issued an outraged statement about how wrong it is for a state to regulate private health procedures.

Exactly.

Cruz, of course, is absolutely in favor of regulating women's bodies, but regulating men is an outrage.
