In the last 5 games, Joel Przybilla has 17 blocks. He has been really dominant on the defensive end. He had 5 blocks against Dallas, 5 against New Jersey, and 4 against Memphis. So here's to hoping that Joel gets 4 blocks soon.

If the Thrilla gets 2 more blocks he will tie Bill Walton for 6th all time in franchise blocks with the Blazers. Right now he has 531 blocks with the Blazers. The all time record is 768 by Mychal Thompson. In Joel's career in Portland he has averaged 105 blocks per season, despite some injuries, and the fact that this season isn't over quite yet. if Joel can stay free of major injury he should become the all time leader in blocks for the Blazers in 3 more seasons, and possibly 2.

I forgot to factor Oden into my theory.

Sorry to be the English marm, but you mean dominant, not dominate.

I dominate you. I am dominant.

Well, I didn't write it some buddy of mine posted it on another message board I attend, so I just copy and pasted. I knew I should have proofread.

I passed a Walton just this morning.

At my age, these things happen when you eat too many peanuts and too much shredded wheat.

That's an increasingly common mistake as text-speak inundates our lives...

Most under-rated center in the league! The fucking man.

Speaking of Oden... It was about time he acknowledged Joel last night when he was interviewed by Rebecca. G.O said its been good for him to study Joel from the bench, and that he's looking to imitate Joel. I've been waiting so long to hear him say that! Pryzbilla's so good even his teammates underestimate how good he is...

I have heard GO talk about learning from Joel before.

Yeah, he may not say it enough, but I have heard him talk about Joel before. But I think the media is more interested in posting quotes about his injuries and mental state.

Well hopefully after he does, Bill will do the right thing, and compare him to Hakeem Olajuan doing the dream shake. :tsktsk:
