Just sayin, but if HCP and KS need to mend there relationship then lets, let this thread be about that, not about whatever bias’ we think they get. Just my opinion.

Okay. I was just told about this thread. Why didn’t anyone tell me before, and John Lukrofka, why didn’t you just text me??? And that is actually where I gave up. Text messaging. The bet had nothing to do with it. First of all, HCP’s negativity about the team was wearing on me. I just didn’t want to read it anymore. Same reason I blocked Nik. But with HCP, it was even more than that. He turned mean. He made fun of me for supporting the team and then one night, I wrote spirited texts to HCP about the team and he responded by posting my texts in the forum and making fun of them. And the whole time, he stopped even responding to my private texts on his phone. It was hurtful. After reading more negativity about the team by him, I gave up and erased it from my life. And without Nik and HCP’s negativity, the forum has been easier to read. One more sore point. Last year, BonesJones made the mistake of telling me about a mean spirited post by HCP saying that he was gonna move heaven and earth to prevent me from winning the Blazers Outsiders contest. I was upset with BonesJones for telling me and it reinforced why I had HCP on ignore to begin with. So John, you have my number. Text me and tell me you understand what I’m talking about and hopefully, we can move on, and yes rule the forum as was prophecy.

You can read it but it won't do you any good as far as trying to mend fences.

There's no particular reason that they need to put it back together. I mean, it would be great if they could be friends--the more people who are friends, the better. But I think people are a little too overly focused on resolving things at all costs, even when they've had multiple blow-ups. Sometimes, you have to be willing to recognize that a certain relationship isn't going to be productive and move on, without acrimony and drama.

I'm not saying that that's the case with KingSpeed and HCP, but people in general shouldn't be obsessed with making relationships work, unless they're deeply important ones. There are other people on this forum that keep trying to "talk things out" and just results in more strife and arguments.

Not sure what that whole thing about me doing something so he wouldn’t get to be in that show was about? I don’t know anybody that chooses that stuff. I’ll be honest. I don’t remember being really negative about our Blazers that much. I never post to trade or fire anybody. Or cuss and scream nonstop in game threads if somebody turns the ball over or misses a a shot, and surely not so negative about our Blazers that somebody should block me over it.
