January 14th, 2005 when Stoudamire and Nick Van Exel combined for 77 against the hornets
I was trying to forget that there was a period of time that we started both of those guys.January 14th, 2005 when Stoudamire and Nick Van Exel combined for 77 against the hornets
The closest since then was January 10th, 2010 when Andre Miller and Jerryd Bayless combined for 69 against the mavs
Wow! Nice job! I never would have guessed that.
Again, nice find and I would have never guessed that.
Where did he claim he's not guessing?
Did Denny unlock your IPhone and hack your account? Give him his phone back Denny!Where did he claim he's not guessing?
Chris, are you using statmuse? I can't get the question to register correctly.
With 61 combined points, Lillard and McCollum have the 5th best game for a Blazers backcourt
I wonder where 133 points combined over consecutive games ranks for NBA starting backfires backcourt tandems.72 and 61 coming back to back against 2 of the best defenses in the league is pretty darn impressive.

Never mind: Curry/Thompson have probably beaten that this year...
They haven't actually...but they have gotten close. In consecutive road games vs Charlotte and Toronto on December 2nd and 5th they totaled 131 points...and 130 points Jan 31st and February 3rd against the Knicks and wizards.
But they have reached at least 112 points in consecutive games 12 times this season which is pretty impressive...
Still the Blazers 133 stands as the highest points from a NBA backcourt in consecutive games
I assume you mean for this season, right?
So so far, you can't find an instance of a backcourt duo combining for more than 132 points over consecutive games without one of those guys having at least 100 of those.
So far I cannot
