I think in today's world we get so caught up in the black and white: "you are either with us or against us!" And in the reality, most often, things are nuanced and somewhere in the middle. This is especially true of online forum discussion.
I think Cronin has been fine, which I guess correlates to "fair" in the above poll. None of his moves have been so exceptional to warrant top honors, and none of his moves have proven catastrophic (and yes, even the hated Clippers just looks like straight "meh" in retrospect). You can argue that he failed Dame as many have, but it also seems very likely that the market in no way cooperated. And some will argue this is the direction we should have taken for years anyway.
The jury is still out on Cronin, and frankly in my view, anyone who argues strongly otherwise (either in support or against) is probably doing so to bolster their own preconceived narratives and biases.
