108.2 PER. Impressive! But nope, there is at least one higher one. It is someone who played only one game (one minute of one game actually) and didn't miss their only shot. I know, I know, really obscure. I can give more hints, like college, etc eventually.

wow...I don't have much of a clue. Maybe not from a major school, although my first guess would be UCLA because I know Jabbar and Sydney Wicks were teammates there

Has there ever been an outdoor NBA game? Gonzaga recently played a college game on a ship.

NBA did a few outdoor exhibition games at the Tennis stadium in Arizona with the Suns like 10 yrs ago. Was a mess from what I remember cuz of the wind.

NBA preseason games were held at Indian Wells Tennis center for a few years. Late night cold caused some condensation on the court, but was really cool.
