...exactly...even if some other may think it's "stupid".![]()
I think it's silly but what about those necklace things the MLB players were always wearing. I'm not sure if they still do.

...you talking about the necklaces that look like a baby's bracelet?I think it's silly but what about those necklace things the MLB players were always wearing. I'm not sure if they still do.

Plantar fascitis was what I Was told...have you seen a pediatrist or another physician to determine what the source of the pain is?
Plantar fascitis was what I Was told
I'll check it out tomorrow.... Bed timeKinesiology Tape. www.kttape.com once you see it and know what it is, you'll start noticing it on a lot of pro athletes.
Both feetDamn that's not fun.

Far too much, but the pain is too great to exercise to do something about it. It's a downward spiral right now.... I need the pain to be alleviated before I can walk, ride a bike, etc....hammer, if you don't mind me asking, how much do you weigh?
No, a General Practitioner/Family Doctor, but the stretching exercises don't work, the inserts don't work, new shoes don't work... can't go out and exercise if it hurts to stand in place some days......^^^ to hell with what a pseudo Holliday Inn Express doctor might say...what did the real doctor tell you?... and was he a specialist?
That link says page not found?http://www.runnersworld.com/injury-...-fasciitis-painrelieve-plantar-fasciitis-pain
Hammer...there's a ton of articles for using KT on PF. I've used it for elbow tendonitis from saturation supersets of bicep curls (preacher bench). Like KT better than compression sleeves (modern day ace wraps). As for the copper or silver impregnated versions, these metals are antibacterial (naturally) and will at least keep the sleeves from wreaking.
Chiropractic can't beat a tenz machine and traction/inversion. The new spinal decompression technology is what I'll try next time my back acts up.
I've seen this before... How does it work for PF?Kinesiology Tape. www.kttape.com once you see it and know what it is, you'll start noticing it on a lot of pro athletes.

I'm sure... and yeah, probably should make an appointment to get a referral so I can make another appointment......damn, hammer...that sux...if it were me, I'd see a specialist because needless to say, it's only gonna get worse as you get older.

The black tape is more water/shower resistant. It's pretty cheap, give it a shot. Did wonders for my elbow tendonitis over 2 weeks. It hurt to lift my hand up to touch the top of my head. I've seen it being used more and more at the gym here.

yeah... PIA...lol...yet another part of the "medical extortion" process...before you get to see the physician you really need, you must first jump through the hoops and naturally pay your doctor a fee just for him to "refer" you to a specialist...unreal.
LMAO...try alternating your left arm and right arm...studies show that wacking off with the same hand over and over is a recipe for tendonitis. I would be kinda like putting your hand on a "pitch count".![]()

No, I'm not... and I've had carpal tunnel before in both hands, so I know what that test is like... it's not neuropathy because it's painful, not a lack of feeling...Hammer, by any chance are you diabetic....? Have you asked your Dr. to diagnose you for Peripheral Neuropathy, (PN).....? Your pain description sounds alot like Neuropathy perhaps, tho' I'm no doctor of medicine, and your Doc may of already ruled that much out. However there IS a test for diagnosing PN. A Computerized machine, which checks the voltage in, versus voltage out, of a nerve. Alot like ringing out an electrical harness, with a Amp or Volt Meter......
I've used a Tenz Unit for 2 decades, for leg/foot pain, neck too; but the STIM is far more effective, but then it stimulates, pulses, vibrates and soothes those feet pains, calf and thigh spasms too. The STIM is far stronger than a Tenz Unit, (Portable One's that is).....but then unlike the exterior Tenz, the STIM is strictly an interior implant; and Outpatient Surgery.....

Thank you... Me too!It sure sounds painful Hammer, I hope the Doc's can bring you some comfort, with the least invasive of treatments......
