There's tons of benefits to taking a cold shower. It doesn't feel good first, but once your body adjusts to it, you obviously get used to it.

Edit: Yeah, I think the coolest thing about the cold shower thing was that it makes your immune system much stronger eventually and you won't really be a victim of little viruses like colds and such.</div>
