Can we talk about oral sex in the Heavy and Mature Topics section?

So apparently, if what you post is proven incorrect, you aren't actually incorrect because the person posting the real facts is just involved in a conspiracy against you

Whatever, I think there is a good place. I know cpaw is busy arguing with tremaine, but I'd like to know if we could.

Plus, oral sex is funny to talk about.

I started cracking up after, "Why the hell are you still watching this?"

Pure genius.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (King Shake @ Jul 13 2008, 10:01 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>I've been parting so much this week and weekend, it's been crazy. All I do is wake up, play ball, shower, eat, get ready, party, get drunk then high, hook up with a chick, crash than wake up and go home. Same thing the next day. What a fucking cycle of shit, but man, it's addictive.</div>

Man, that was my year this year. It made me feel really empty at the end though. I've been staying in a lot lately (aside from two or three long roadtrips I've taken this summer) because of that. I got completely detatched from basketball for one. I'd be waking up at 4 PM, meeting up with people, and then basically going out and partying until I finally got to sleep at sun up, and then I'd do the whole thing over again the next day. That was literally my life for months at a time with very few breaks. It taxes your mind and body like crazy. I don't think my head will ever be the same as it was before I started that.

Glad to hear you guys argued w/tremaine and kept him as a part of the site, cpaw. I didn't know he posted on other sites either, tbh. Call me naive, but I remember looking around the internet for his material a while back and not being able to find it anywhere else, so I just assumed he was that much of a gem. Either way, he's still a valuable asset for the site.

And Legacy, props to the Warriors forum. It's a forum I never post in but read more than any forum on s2 (kind of like a parellel universe version of the Nets forum). In my opinion, it's the best forum on the site in terms of quality, hands down.

So the Grizzlies are on NBA TV right now, but I can't get interested enough to watch them play, even with my boy A-squared, Alan Anderson, on the squad. Kind of pathetic on my part.

Thanks, but people there post way more than me. They deserve more credit. I try to post like them in there at times as well though.

CR2 and co. are great.

Zhone and co. need to post more, but when they decide to come out of lurking, they write really long posts that keep me interested the whole way through. There's a lot of guys like him on the W's forum that I think should be analyzing the game over the guys on ESPN.

No problem. I'm sure if there were votes for "most chill summer song that you should play on a nice day," Summertime would come in 1st or 2nd, every time.

I almost started a thread last night about Alan Anderson scoring 11 points just for you VC

Haha, I'll follow a lot of MSU guys, but Anderson is one of the few that I can actually feel good rooting for. He was never a top recruit or anything. He was always an overachieving, hard working player that got the most out of his potential.

I honestly never expected Anderson to make the NBA, much less play two seasons.

He may wind up playing more in the NBA than Shannon Brown. How nuts is that? (I wish there were any word on Brown being signed by anybody. It seems like he's falling through the cracks atm)

Speaking of our college loyalties, where is Eric Hicks these days?

Oh man, it's definitely up there. I'm going to try to think for a second for better songs, but that's definitely towards the top. I've always loved the basketball court reference too. It makes it more personal, yano? Like he's describing a summer day I'd be having or something.

EDIT: Thought about it for like two seconds and remembered this one -

<div><object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value=""></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350" /></embed></object></div>

Hicks played last season in Poland

http://www.kspolpaksa.pl/zawodnik,18.html

He played the year before in Belgium

<div><object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value=""></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350" /></embed></object></div>

You've got to wonder what Hicks' mentality is playing over in Poland.

Does anyone else love going on these Euroleague sites and browsing for players they used to watch play NBA/NCAA ball? It's interesting to see where people wind up. It's also interesting to note that the competition that guys like Ricky Rubio are playing at age 16 include the likes of former NBA players like Qyntel Woods and Milt Palacio to former NCAA stars like Allan Ray and Darius Washington.

The greatest documentary ever is on AMC right now - Animal House

Epic.

Legacy, remembered another chill summer classic -

Although a lot of hip-hop fans don't know the beat actually stems from the Isley Brothers -

You may recognize this Isley Brothers song as a famous hip-hop beat as well -

I don't mind talking trash about the Nets fans in here, because God knows they won't leave the Nets forum.

What the hell is with their obsession with CDR though? So I just read a Nets poster suggesting that they start Douglas-Roberts over Eduardo Najera, Bobby Simmons, Jarvis Hayes, and Maurice Ager. Whaaaaa?!?!

C'mon, wake up! Your own team drafted Ryan Anderson over the guy at #21! He was a steal, great. But he's not a lottery pick that fell to the second round. He was just a guy worth a mid-to-late first rounder at best that fell into your laps. He's something to get excited about, but only in the sense that you guys scored a potential legitimate backup for the future, not a future All-Star.

Just be realistic, Nets fans. This was a weak draft, and you guys are talking about a second rounder.

Well I'll make fun of anyone that believe Eddie can play extended minutes at SF

Also, Ager sucks

I concur, Ager isn't that good.

I believe that Bobby Simmons will start, though. Not sure about anything else beyond that.

I'm not a real fan of Ager.

But how can you say he sucks when you've never seen him play pro ball? (He's played what... like 40-something games as a pro so far because he was in a stacked Dallas rotation... nobody's seen his pro potential yet)

And Ager aside, CDR as a small-forward? And over all those decent proven veterans? Just dumb, real dumb.

Almost as dumb as the Nets fan who said if the draft were held today (post-summer league) then Brook Lopez would be the #1 pick. Thanks for bringing that to my attention, KC.

Ager didn't even perform in the D-League. An 11.0 PER in the D-League and 17.4 PPG has suck written all over it.

At least Shannon put up some decent stats in the D-League

You also have to consider basic math. There are so many Nets fans here, that there are bound to be idiotic posts. Painting all Nets fans with a broad brush based upon those few is just silly

Like I said, I'm not an Ager fan, so I'm not going to keep with the charade of defending him. I just think it's a little silly that CDR is being vaulted over him in the rotation, when CDR in my opinion, being a Michigan State fan from Memphis, is Ager part deux.

Brown, however, I will defend to the death. Brown needs a shot in this league. He can still make it.

As for the Nets forum, I'm not bashing. I love those guys as a whole. It's where most of my posts somehow wind up, but I find myself needing to vent from the occassional homer or two, haha.

Gotta love the Warriors forum though.

Warriors forum is awesome. It's like an e-class on Warriors basketball.

I can't find my social insurance number card...fuck.
