Could someone stop people from closing threads that they don't like...

I mean there are a whole lot of pointless threads on S2, and I actually was interested in hearing what other people felt. Like Celtic Fan, KC chipped in.

The weird thing is usually in S2, mods don't close threads for meaningless reasons.

Only if my staff rolls 40 deep.

I don't think I can do any type of sim leagues. I'm on a Mac now, without Windows installed via bootcamp. I have a 360/Wii, neither of which are connected to the internet, and I don't think you could control all 30 teams in any of the current games anyhow.

And now I have added Joe Johnson and Paul Pierce with my first two picks of Dwight Howard and Elton Brand. If this was a league where we consider reality, then there won't be enough touches to go around, but since this is a fantasy league....I think at this rate, I'll dominate...this one guy is bragging about taking Caron in the first round.


Random kids. AND there's only three people who are auto-drafting. Which means the rest of these guys are bad.

So I finished that mock draft on ESPN.

PG: Devin Harris / Derrick Rose
SG: Joe Johnson / Russel Westbrook
SF: Paul Pierce / Luol Deng / Tayshaun Prince / Al Thornton
PF: Elton Brand / Tyson Chandler / LaMarcus Aldridge
C: Dwight Howard / Al Horford

I'm extremely thin at the guard positions, but with this lineup I think I win blocks and any rebounding category. I also will have a pretty damn high FG%, with a possible low FT% due to Dwight and Tyson. Scoring doesn't look to be much of a problem either. Only problem with this team is not enough assists and steals, but I got Harris, Rose, Westbrook, and even Johnson and Pierce, to possibly make me contend on a week by week basis. Maybe steal a point here and there if I get lucky.

Thoughts?

I can't stand having to exchange items ordered over the internet. I ordered a soccer jersey and there is a long line of glue on the jersey that can't be removed. It looks like they messed up when trying to apply the team badge.

I agree. Main Event closes threads like it's his job.

Main Event, could you please at least talk to other mods/admins and come to a good, joint decision on threads before just straight up locking them?

It isn't fake, I bought it off of an online shop, not eBay. The jersey is Club Brugge 08/09. Thankfully I don't have to pay for shipping to exchange. Eurosport customer service is great.
