I need a new iPod. How much does the new iPod Touch cost and how much memory does it have?

It's about 250 or spmething. I have a 16G and the Internet is amazing. It's like being on a real computer. I have facebook and scoremobile. I would say big one.

Is it easy to get Wifi connectivity because I know people who can't get it for some reason.

Well, I have Wifi in my house, so it's easy. Usually if you go to a place like a coffee shop or office building or even on a bus, you could get it. There is no 3G like on an iPhone, but it's just as good.

Does anyone have experience cancelling Verizon? I cancelled my Verizon and got on AT&T.

I know they're going to hit me with a termination fee of ~$125, and then maybe my month bill (maybe another $67) [with Verizon are you pre-paying for the month, or paying after the fact?] which is fine.

But it seems like they have thrown a hissy fit over Verizon, and basically castrated My Verizon account. There is no evidence of a bill on there for either my monthly fee or the termination fee. Plus a collection agency is calling me today...so I have a hunch that Verizon is being a baby and not sending me a bill? (How can you collect on something you never billed for?)

If this is Verizon's game, I will write to both my congressmen and all four of my senators. That always seems to work pretty well.

Anyone ever cancel Verizon before and have the same experience?
 
I've been getting shocked all day every time I touch something metal. Its kind of annoying.
 
I just found out at least three of the coolest people in the dorms are leaving. Can't really blame them, since this place does suck, but I'm kinda bummed.

Yeah, I left on Sat. morning and come back today. I made to south east Texas but wanted to go to N.O., I had to turn around and come back early though because I didn't want to drive though the severe storms heading this way.
 
The National Weather Service Officer in Wichita has reported severe weather for this evening and tonight.

Commencing at 6:00 PM, strong winds, thunderstorms, rain and hail is expected to move Easterly from the Sedgwick County Area. There may be localized flooding. These conditions may create tornados.

Please take appropriate precautions. It is recommended you don't drive during these storms, and be prepared to take protective shelter in the event of Tornado Warnings.

The winds are already here, not looking forward to the hail, I ain't scared of no tornado, and I always like a good thunderstorm.

Gonna be a fun one today. I have a paper/presentation due on Thursday that I haven't started (though the presentation is only 15% of the grade, so I might just say the hell with that), an outline for a term paper due on Thursday, where I have to promote a theoretical event/item. Then next Tuesday for that same class I have to write a paper (in press release format) explaining how one of Ted Williams and Manny Ramirez is better than the other.


Busy JE will be busy, yet he is still browsing s2 instead of getting to work.

I don't spell words like 'favourite' and 'colour', and I don't leave out the 'the' when I say I'm going to a university (unlike you Canadians, who say 'I'm going to university!!').

Yes, I noticed that this went mainstream about 2 weeks ago. When something on the internet goes mainstream it has to be dropped like a hot potato.
