Don't know jack about head trauma but I had a similar situation in my sophomore year of high school (like 2 years ago). I was playing basketball and got kneed in the head really hard, lol to be honest I don't even remember much after that, my friends said I wasn't quite right the rest of the day but it wasn't like I was really impaired. I had a nasty headache for two or three days after and still don't think I was 100% there mentally but never went to the doctor or skipped school because of it. I probably had a mild concussion or something similar, you can go on with your life if its not too bad but probably smarter to see the doctor so they can tell you what you should and shouldn't be doing.

Then it starts going off into Eazy-E quotes and drug induced metaphors with crazy guitar riffs that suddenly make sense when you're stoned, but I'll spare you that for now. Oh and in the future, IMO Scotch is a better hard alcohol for when you're depressed and feel like destroying yourself through the consumption of liquid, whiskey can get the job done but I'd save it for when you're in your 40s and your life has gone to ****. No dude, being serious. I used to work for that piece of **** company as well. Got caught stealing a bottle of liquor because some dude ratted me out when he got caught stealing over $600 in product. The only thing I liked about that company was the friggin' employee discount.

I remember the first message board I joined was rapflava.com (don't know if it still exists or not) and I used to battle people on that site. I think I lost like my first 6 battles lol.

This was the first board I ever joined. I remember one night I stayed up for a long time trying to figure out how to put a signature on my posts. I found a cool one with LeBron and Jordon both making the same gesture and I was like in love with it. I was the shittiest poster too and I was just here for graphics and the off-topic section. I liked the Magic but it was mostly because my dad watched the games. I would try to join in the discussions but would say the stupidest stuff or just repeat what others were saying to fit in, haha. Funny how things change.

I remember not really posting anything for a long time, then mustering enough courage to post this idiotic comparison between the Toronto Raptors and the post-Shaq LA Lakers. I got shut down by Real Deal and I didn't post again for about a year.

Well in that case.......

Firstly, they fucking cut the employee discount noticeably a couple of months ago. Gave us some letter with our paychecks (I'm the only one who reads them) talking about how everything is more expensive now so they were "slightly cutting" the discount and all this BS so the discount isn't even very good anymore unless you're buying longs brand stuff (medicine).

In general I have a love hate relationship with Longs. The negatives are obvious; horrible pay, asshole managers, customers are dumbshits, etc. There are some nice advantages to working there over some other random grocery store/restaurant job I could get though. The co-workers are cool as hell, I've got some really close friends who work with me there and if it weren't for them I'd definitely not be working there. You can easily come to work stoned, pound some booze in the cooler in the back, steal liquor (though I refrain form doing this). On slow days with some of the more laid back managers its actually fun going and just chilling, talking to co-workers, screwing around while working at your own pace.

I've come to grips with the fact that all retail jobs have dumbshit, asshole customers and douche managers who think they run the fucking universe. I enjoy my co-workers and try to ignore all the bullshit, I'm up for a raise next month so the pay won't be quite as horrible. Of course I'm still constantly looking for a new job but options are limited as a minor looking for a job outside of retail.

They didn't cut the discount completely, jut reduced it. It used to be frigging great but now its nothing special really.

I wouldn't touch any of the managers with a 10 foot pole but there was a bunch of good looking chicks working there when I started. Ever since they've been slowly leaving with two of the last fine girls leaving a few weeks ago. Still two or three cute girls there but not like it used to be.

Got a job interview in 2 hours, it's a warehouse job so it shouldn't be too bad. I think the only hours available are swing-shift and graveyard though... so my suicide should be fairly imminent.

Like I said earlier just take your time and get through it. I've never been actually "cheated" on (at least from what I know) but I've had tough fall outs with girlfriends before (one that still effects me in some ways now...because of something that happened when we were together), but time helps heal wounds. Don't be in a rush to get back out there unless you meet a girl that you just feel has "it". Use it as a learning experience for selecting mates and as a time for self reflection.

Hahahaha, I went into General Pants Co. today to buy some jeans, and "Aint No Fun" by Snoop Dogg was playing in the store, I was being served by this small but hot chick, and just as she was giving me the bag, the part in the song which goes "guess who's back in the motherf***en house, with a fat dick for your motherf***en mouth!" came on, was kind of akward, perfect timing, lol. We both just like smirked at each other though, hahaha.

I had the most badass time at Tulane. What a party school...

I didn't spend half as much time in the gym as I thought I would. They made their evaluations pretty quickly. Then it was party time.

All the athletes were there and a bunch of incoming freshmen and a bunch of locals, so it was pretty lively around campus. I actually hooked up with two freshman my first day... never done anything like that before... became really good friends with a lot of the guys on the football team too... wound up rooming w/one of the freshmen I hooked up with, but I was supposed to be in an athletes dorm... what a cool concept...

I know I usually do a lot of drugs, but usually not blow, but I did A LOT of blow down there... everyone did...

I don't even give a **** if they pick me for the full-ride on the team... I can't wait to go back... that place is a party school man, so unlike Michigan...

Yeah, same here and the days are just flying by over here. It struck me yesterday when I was planning some things I have to do I looked at the calander and thought to myself, "holy crap, three days only until the draft?"
