I think I'll just go around McDonalds asking all the old people for their game pieces (our lunch starts at 9:48) so its still breakfast, and its riddled with old people in there.</p>

Taco Bell is amazing, but Wendy's has the best value meal. I can't remember how many times I ate there for lunch in highschool. I did get food poisoning from Taco Bell right after the New Jersey E.coli scare though. I was worried at first, but it quickly passed and I could rule the bacteria out. For those who want to know: I go to the Taco Bell on Route 10E up by East Hanover (by the Lowe's Cinema)</p>

Damnit, how long have we been on S2?Cause I'm still not used to it. I remember someone guaranteeing that if I stay here for at least a week, I'll get used to it. WRONG! Man, this layout is still killing me, the smilies take forever to load, people double and triple post all the time, and more than half of the JBB members are either gone, banned, or barely post. Man, I miss JBB.</p>

What's helped me get used to the site is redefining how I go about my posting. I'll start at the homepage and browse whats active, and then go through the next 3 pages to see if anything has slipped through the cracks. Then I'll head over to my team page just in case. It's been really easy to find everything and get a grasp on the whole system by doing it that way. Hope it helps</p>

I'm not sure why the smileys are slow for you, what browser are you currently using? That can be fixed.</p>

People double and triple posted at JBB, too. Is it overwhelming for you to keep up with this many Nets fans on the site?</p>

I don't eat a lot of MCDonalds but I do it Jack In The Box that's the only fastfood I love eating especially the breakfast.As fo JBB members who are not active I think when basketball season begins some should show up.What ever happen to The Legend?</p>

Oh man, sorry guys, but I'mgonna stop posting here much after this. I might come and post oncein a while if I feel like it, but my heart's not in the place...I don't really enjoy posting as much on here as I do on JBB. That's not a knock on the merger, nor on S2 in general, it's just a wierd change for me specifically.The merger was quite extensive yes, but it kinda knocked off the closeness of the JBB community. I miss the old JBB days to be honest. I think everyone does, but I don't know, this place is way too large to have a "close" community in my opinion.</p>

Anyways guys good luck with everything, I'll come around some times and perhaps read thru the RTT for fun, but yeah, that's it for me for now. See you guys in the summer probably.</p>

And hey NTC, I'm glad to hear that your skin is better. Stick to it man, despite the nosebleeds cause I'm sure your confidence has risen ten folds since your face cleared up completely. I think during my whole time on JBB, you were probably the one I could relate to the most in terms of personal stories, experiences, etc (from girls to dealing with skin ahhaa), but yeah, good luck with everything bro.</p>

I spent two hours reading through everything.</p>

Here are some conclusions I've come to.</p>

I really appreciate the support and understanding from you guys about our decision to merge with S2.</p>

In hindsight, maybe we should have discussed more about guideline and policy changes. I assumed everyone would come into this merger with a new outlook on how to create a community and we eventually adopt some new guidelines and policies based on what the majority wanted. I didn't realize it would cause a divide amongst our staff, and that the rigid guidelines at JBB were held in such high regard.</p>

I didn't tolerate spammers or people disrespecting other members, but I also tried to keep a lax environment in the Lakers forum and of course OT. As the site matured like Hunter mentioned and the people became closer and personalities became accepted and familiar, the less editing and enforcing was needed at JBB.</p>

Coming into S2 I felt a need to just step back and let everything marinate between all the communities, new members and staff. Having progressive discussions and ideas flow with new perspectives and input on what were successful at other communities was something I was very much looking forward to at S2.</p>

I think the difference and frustration arising comes from not accepting change and realizing things like this take time before you start seeing the changes you want made. I'm willing to stick it out and be apart of those changes and also compromise with the rest of the community and build something the community wants instead putting my foot down, being unreasonable and then lashing out when I don't get what I want.</p>

If I felt the direction of the site was something I didn't want to be a part of I would not stick around and post here. I felt the direction of the site was something contrary to what JBB membes wanted I wouldn't stick around here either. But I'm having a hardtime figuring out what JBB members want because there seems to be mixed messages every other day.</p>

I've spent time on Instant Messenger trying to convery this notion of being patient. There's a lot of improvement that can be made at S2. We all agree on this, but you have to reasonable on the timeline of when things will get done. Look at the slogan of the site. For sports fans by sports fans. I am here to serve the fans of this site. I do this by updating the daily headlines, getting involved with discussions. I am on S2 to talk about sports and read other peoples views. If members need help on how to find something or do something on the site I'll be the first to figure it for them or with them. If there a good suggestions to adopt then I'm all for it, but again it's a process for those suggestions to get implemented. If they aren't implemented right away that doesn't mean people aren't listening to you, if people don't initially agree with that suggestion it doesn't mean they don't like you or aren't listening.</p>

I respect everyone of you and I hope you guys see where this is coming from and see where the site is heading.</p>
