Next Thursday is my last day

My Spring Break started yesterday, too. Pretttty cool.

Spring Break starts Monday for me, and ends on the 28th.

I looked my mom dead in the eye and told her I want this car.

Her response: "I'll get you the car when you save up money for it."

At that moment, a part of me died inside.

I'm also looking to take some Driver's Ed courses in Brooklyn. In reality I don't need them, but it's a requirement if I want my license at 17. Totally blows.

Bleh, be glad.
I get my permit was a junior :s
And I get my license as a senior, too late to get a parking spot.

Wait, did they raise the age limit in the past year or something? Or are you just really, really young? I got my permit as a sophomore and license as a junior.

My birthday is September 28, so I made cut off by less than a week.

Don't know about New York, but in New Jersey you have to have taken a drivers ed course.

I never took Driver's Ed.

But I'm pretty sure it lowers the insurance, so it might be a good idea to take it.

Who's seen the move "Blade Runner"? I can't decide whether to watch it or not.

Ah, well I guess I'll take it, then. Unfortunately my birthday is March, but I can only get my license in August.

I'd love to know what the hell this kid was thinking when he made this.

is it possible to renew my permit once it has expired? I still havent got my license, and i would like more experience driving before i sign myself up for a test.

If anyone has any mental or emotional problems, it's my fault, and I'm sorry. For all you that are going to eventually have mental or emotional problems, sorry in advance.

My shot is officially back! I went without shooting for a bunch of months, and completely lost the three point shot I used to have when I was in high school. Lately tho, I've been knocking down shots like crazy...and today, I wasn't missing! I feel soooo good

My parents want to know what I want for my birthday, and I'm absolutely stumped.

a $4k hooker?

Hey, a man could dream.

A new basketball is always tops on my list.

I thought about a PSP, but then I kinda feel like I'm just choosing anything. I'll probably get bored of it after a month.

Ask if you can save that B-day present for when you actually want something. Or package it with the rights to a B-day present to be named later for a car.

Ok I'm confused as ****. I got my learner's permit last August. I read somewhere that I have to wait a year and one day before I can apply for a junior license. Now I can't seem to find that info, so is it true?

My parents are thinking about buying a new car and giving me their old Nissan. I guess it's better than nothing.

I think I figured it out. At this point, I can go and take a road test and receive my junior license. Unfortunately, the license won't allow me to drive alone. In order to by-pass that restriction, I have to take Driver's Ed courses and receive a (MV-285) certificate. And when I do, I can convert my junior license into a senior license, which allows me to drive alone...with minor restrictions.

Excellent. It's so complicated in NY. In Toronto, it's simple as shit. But good luck..oh and it's your birthday in 20 minutes.
