<{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Talk about a horrible day. I'm working on this history project with this one guy, which was assigned at the end of last week. We basically split the work load in half, like normal partners do. So I go over to his house this morning (since the project is due on Mon.) intending to piece our work together and practice our presentation. Turns out the ****ing dumbass barely even started on it. So I spend basically the entire afternoon trying to help the dumbass complete his part of the assignment. My idea was, I'd help him a bit, and he can finish it at night, and I'd come over tomorrow and we'd piece the project together. Turns out the dumbass won't even be at home tomorrow. So that means we have to get together early Monday morning to put the finishing touches on the project (I have the class 3rd period). So tonight I tried calling him to see how far he's gotten (I'm already REALLY pissed off and stressing right now) and the dumbass won't even pick up his phone. I've tried calling him like fifty times and the dumb **** doesn't even pick up. Who the hell knows what he's doing, or if he even finished. The project is a 150 point assignment, I figured I'd do good on this project to bring my B- up to a high B or low A. But that plan is basically ruined. I have doubts if we'll even finish the ****ing project on time because the dumbass I got partnered up with doesn't do shit. To make matters even worse, I had 20 bucks on the UCLA and Memphis game (I bet on UCLA winning), so that means 20 bucks out of my wallet on Monday. I'm so pissed right now, and I still have a shit load of work to do (study for Chemistry chapter test, complete Math packet, revise and essay). I'm just stressing out like crazy right now.
I think I'm just going to say **** school this weekend. I'll bring up my grade somehow next time</div>
Brian, you should have always considered procrastination being an issue, that's just the nature of most people and should never be a surprise.
Talk to your teacher about it and take his name off your work.

Well, it's not like I had a choice. The teacher randomly assigned the groups.
Also, I thought about talking to the teacher and taking his name off the project, but I don't know yet. I'll see tomorrow if he finished the rest of his "part." If not, there's going to be some problems. If we cannot get the project completed before third period, then there's going to be some problems. My biggest issue though is the retard didn't even answer his phone when I called him. He still hasn't called back. I don't know what's up, but he better have a good explanation.
Btw, nice to see you're doing all right M

No, you should always be prepared for that situation, it is extremely common.
It's a messed up world out there, you have to walk it off and be more savvy.
