Don't make any decisions until you have to, which is usually after (or sometime during) the first semester of your sophomore year. Your freshman year would be a great opportunity to take a bunch of intro classes, requirements (language, world cultures, etc), and anything that sounds interesting.

Then I would have to go to a college which offers all three majors. What if I can't?

Well if you're undecided I would be open to anything. I applied to college as a computer science major (I was looking between Dartmouth, Lehigh, and digipen!), then matriculated as an econ student, and then found my passion after taking psych 101. There's no rush, trust me!
