Pretty much what Pegs said. Assuming you know her just be like "we should hang out sometime" if she says ya just be like "alright let me get your number I'll call you" or "cool I don't have your number yet though". I'd use the first one if you don't know her that well and have only met her a few times and the latter if you've known her for a while as friends but never got her number.

Its really not hard. Just don't be a fuggin creep.

Or you could dutty wine her. Not sure what the hell that means but Shake swears by it. I think he calls it the King Shake Dutty Wine and Dine.
