If you guys are a little more stricter, it would really help a lot. I'm going through the last few pages and all I see is cussing. Back then, we had so much strictness that we wouldn't have any immature posting like this. It's changed a lot. It's like even the admins don't even care.

I know it's slow right now, but I'm working on a page for the Rockets on Drupal and wait til season starts :D

I'm the mod there now, if you remember me from my JBB legend days (yes Run I'm looking at you for not mentioning the legend thing whenever I post)

The Admins are under fire for being too strict at the moment. Then when strictness is relaxed, they get slammed for not sticking to a decision. It's a subtle form of manipulation.

I strongly disagree. It would hurt the overall quality and enjoyment factor of the site

Most of JBB was well under the voting age and a large chunk wasn't old enough to get a drivers license. At S2, the average of the posters is well above the legal drinking age of the US.

You can not treat adults like children and survive as a community.

It's changed a lot. It's like even the admins don't even care.

The admins not only care very much about the site, but are looking at a much larger picture than you do.

Yeah but you have to understand that you not only have to have your enjoyment but at the same time keep it proffesional. I am not an admin, you are so you should know more. I'm not trying to command you or anything, just my input.

No, no we don't. Acting professional is what adults do for a living. Coming to a sports forum to have fun is what we are about.

Most of the immature talk is friendly. This is a large community with a lot of long standing on-line friends (heck even some real life ones) with tons of old inside jokes.

Most of the time, the posters here aren't immature. The difference is, we allow them a place where they can be from time to time without fearing that their posting privileges are going to be revoked.

My senior year of HS, I worked at a wings restaurant and it wasn't until my third year of college before I would spend any of my money on them.

hahaha it was just on during the season premiere of Sons of Anarchy. I think that commercial is so dumb but I can't get it out of my head.
