I was born in Regent Park, right in the middle of downtown Toronto. It's pretty bad there, but it's not as horrible as people think.

I bought a 360 today. Is it worth getting the warranty? I did, but I can always return it if it isn't.

NBA 2k9 and GTA 4 look a lot better on PC, especially with the 360 Wireless controller on a 32" HDTV. On PS3 and 360 it feels like I'm playing Playstation 2 or Gamecube. The tech is 5 years old, so what do you expect.

I still don't get why anyone pays $50-$60 for games you play for 2 weeks and get tired of.

$200 for 360 seems like an okay bet. It's funny that the Wii is still outselling it.

Nah not really, the only problems you get after 1 year is the RROD, but in England there is an extended warranty of 3 years if you get that, I assume its the same in the US, and if your Xbox does mess up when its 2-3 years old then normally the thing that causes the RROD is near breaking so they repair it anyway :D

Thats what I did.

In other news, found out today that I'll have a dorm room for the spring semester. Trying to get a hold of my new roommate to see if he has anything of value he can bring (because except for DVDs I don't got shit).
