College basketball does a good job.

Every team has a chance. If you win your conference, you have a chance. It's not like in college football, where Texas got raped.
People pick the seeds? The seeds don't determine themselves (i.e. records)? I call bullshit.

If your the best team, you will win, no matter what seed you're given.
Homecourt plays more of a role in NCAAB than almost any other major sport league I can think of. Why not let a team's record do the talking? Why does someone have to decide for you if you're good enough to be this seed or that seed?

The entire Championship Week and Tournament is done at neutral sites.

There is a chance that a team can end up playing at home, but that almost never happens.

Last year the UCLA was in the LA region, which I thought was kinda lame. But usually, home court isn't an issue.

I see what you mean, but i meant OU could've been a 1, they could fall now, KU probably was stuck as a 3.

Yeah, but I don't really see Mizzou being a #1 seed regardless. Obviously both out is great as for our chances of winning this Big 12 Championship. I'd rather play OU than Kansas if I had a choice as far as this tournament.

But we won't be a #1 seed, because we won't really have any quality wins in the Big 12 championship. But we probably pass up Kansas now in the rankings if we win the Big 12 Championship, and could be a #3 seed now.

Also, how nice would Cole Aldrich fit in with the Bulls? He'd give them that tough interior defender who can lock down the paint that they need. Stop relying on guys like Joakim and Tyrus for that. With Aldrich locking down the paint, I think Thomas would be better suited, as he could free lance more on defense, and look to get more help blocks.

Both teams could prob grab a 3 seed, but regardless, KU can do nothing now, so. It's on Mizzou to win the tourney.

He'd fit well, but i think he needs another year of seasoning to touch up his offensive game.

Does anyone else use Twitter? I just started using it for my website ~2 weeks ago. I already have 12 followers on there.

It is just a really nice idea. I dig it a lot. It'll be exciting when my twitter feed grows more. Right now, not too many people.

You can follow my site's feed here: http://twitter.com/dabullz

It's like facebook, but just the status part of it. It's cool how you can holler at people on there with the @ stuff.

A lot of bloggers use it. Some guy I was reading writing about using it in conjunction with his website, and the said he had something like 47,000 followers! That's amazing.

I'm following you.

btw, i fucking hate how every sports station has a college basketball game on at all times for the past week.

what's the deal with rep power anyway? I thought it had to do with how long you've been a member, but Chutney and Vinyard have more than me despite being a member for one less month.

How many years, 10K posts, along with mod level is what determines it.

I think it has something to do with how much you give/recieve rep too. Idunno, its confusing to me.

EDIT: nevermind.
