Half asleep for the first half of the game then played a good third period. Been a trend like this over a month now. When Kreider shows up, they usually win. Man, do they need some help on d. It will be a miracle if they can do anything major this season with this defensive corps.

Just a word to NHL schedule makers............scheduling Carolina twice in one week
at Rangers is very strange and totally stupid. And down the road they have scheduled
the Devils to play at Rangers in a 9 day period. Don't you just love the compressed
scheduling? Only in hockey do they play world games during a hockey
season...............does not happen in other sports.

It is compressed this season because of the useless world cup of hockey played in September.

Sporting a league leading 3.65 goals per game while 28th in the NHL in shots per game. The defense has been a problem for years, as long as they clear the puck out quickly the Rangers are a tough team to stop. When they don't it's circus save time for Hank.
