The Flyers suck man...didn't realize how bad they were. With that said, kill this PP to start the period, and we'll go from there.

I just hope we don't regret the 2 PP's we had late in the 2nd to go up 3 and didn't even get a shot really.

Playing well overall, good to see. Finish this one off.

I think the 4th line had 2 or 3 shifts today better than any shift they had all season.

Fourth line has had 2 or 3 real good shifts this game, just pinning the puck deep and making the opposition work to get it back.

That's also 2 or 3 more good shifts than they've had all season.

Good to see Talbot playing well after a tough start to the season. Please keep Glass out of the lineup. As for Kreider he just has zero semblance of a game right now.

Kreider needs to get his game under control. No real purpose to his game. Recently he isn't even getting the chances he used to get on a regular basis. WAY off his game right now, and playing reckless IMO.

I said it last the other day but Kreider has been a disaster ever since he got tossed from the game against the Wild. He had been scared to hit anybody for the longest time and today he looked like he was trying to play physical but thinking too much...that extra hesitation or indecisiveness is when you commit a dumb penalty. He needs to get out of his head and start using his size and speed again. There's nothing wrong with a penalty every now and then if they're the right kind of penalties. The stupid high sticks and holds have to stop.

BTW...the Flyers are bad man. After the way they played last game against us, and a team meeting after their last game, and at home you had to figure they would play well today, and they no showed. Not sure what is going on down there, but they stink right now. Score 1st tomorrow and we got them again.

Guys, give the kid a break already. His grandfather just died and who knows how long he's been sick and its been weighing on kreids who seems like he's been here forever and is still just 23. Rumors have him and the grandfather very close and his lack of focus in lieu of what has happened makes a lot of sense now. The kid will be fine. Be patient.

2 goals in October and 2 goals in November. Considering he scored in game one of the season he has 3 goals in the first 21 games. There's nothing to give him a break about. He's not producing.

The defense looked better because #27 was back, what a difference. You are right though Chuck, Philly sucks right now. They didn't even take cheap shots when the game was out of hand. Not the Rangers problem, have to beat them when they're down. Time away from the team with his family might do CK some good, could have been under better circumstances.

First of all mel, I had no clue his grandfather was even sick. Second of all mel, I don't think anyone is ripping Kreider apart in here, just stating the fact that he has not produced, and we need him to in order to be a very good team. Is what it is. The numbers speak for themselves. Maybe it is because he has had his grandfather on his mind, certainly possible, but the numbers are the numbers. Hope he gets a few days away to clear his head and comes back strong against TB or Detroit.

I agree Mess the kid is off to a slow start but that said he is still 4th on the team in scoring. What I see is a kid thats had a lot of scoring opportunities because he's put himself into that position through his hard work and has been both unlucky hitting numerous posts and just doesn't have a finishers touch like st.louis and nash but I think that is coming. Chuck, unless you are a kreider family member didn't think you would know about grandpa kreider (LOL). All is good. Let the kid clear his head and come back strong in a couple of days. Was a pleasure watching the team play without glass. Hope they can do that a lot more.
