Slow start for rangers but playing better as period goes on and hayes lights the lamp for the 1-0 rangers lead

Good to see Hayes still plays for the Rangers. I fully expect the ref and Crosby treatment to eventually rear its head but these points are big with LA and Chicago coming up on the schedule.

lucky to get out of that up 1-0. Defense not good and boyle in particular passed twice right in front of the net to penguins who miraculously didn't score.

It would be nice if our 6 million dollar center would show up offensively once in a while.

Big goal by Moore. Thankfully he shot.

How in the hell is that interference?

Boy someone is out to get the rangers with that bullshit call

The Rangers just aren't fazed by the soft Penguins anymore. Chuckles, cat got your tongue of late?

Amazing, Piere just praised the Rangers. He has been blowing the pens all game as per usual.

Solid win against a hot Pens team. Good to see them finding themselves and of course Hank has been fantastic.

I agree 71...Rangers look forward to playing these soft Pens. They looked shaky early but Hank held em in - despite early mistakes Staal and Yandle had tremendous games.

4 in a row in a very physical win by the Rangers, Hank passes Fatso for most wins in first 11 seasons. The defense had some bad turnovers but for the most part did a great job moving the puck out of their zone.

Penguins are a much different team without Malkin but every teams deals with injuries (Nash, McD). Always enjoy watching them beat a division rival. Looking forward to Sunday already!

Good win for rangers. 4 in a row and streaking. Hank great. First time I ever saw a ranger with the puck (kreids), opposing player skates into his ass, bounces off and falls and kreids gets an interference penalty. WTF

mel. It is no surprise. The Pens have been getting these kind of calls at the end of the games for years when they are down by a goal or two.

Screw the Pens. Fat Kessel makes no difference they still aren't going to win anything and still can't solve the Rangers.

I'm certainly not the biggest McIlrath fan but it's really nice to have someone who can actually knock a player off his skates.

Staal was embarrassing in this game. How many freakin turnovers did this assclown have? Anyway. They won. Hopefully, Gorton can make the right deals which is what I said after the last game.
