That is why it is called a manip, supposed to be plainn and light. That isn't good at all. BG is bad. Cut is very bad. Can barely read the text. Text selection was good though.

Does it really matter? IMO criticism is better than a freakin number. You can't improve yourself based on a number...

Yeah, tips will help you more than a number. Why not try making something like you did with paint?

Actually you can with those effects are the BG and everything. Figure out how. You can make something a lot like that but better. You blur it different ways. I know Photoshop so I know what you can/can't do with it, so you don't tell me and the number for the rate is 1/10.

SP23- 8.5/10, The background is amazing. Probably one of the best background I've seen on a sig lately. I'd lower the hue or whatever on Iverson, make him a bit darker, or else he just blends into the background (I assume this isn't the purpose since there's lines around him to make him stand out). Perhaps make the text closer to Iverson, or come out from behind him. Create/Original, nice.
