Right click the sig, and click properties then copy and paste the link it gives you to the Edit Signature thing in User CP.

You have to put image tags around it. On the signature editing page, press the insert image button. It'll ask you to put in the link to the image. Once you put it in and press OK, it should show up.

BTW its best that you have two windows open, one of my message and one of the sig stuff soo you can do it as your reading.
